We carried out a comprehensive website relaunch for Schollmeyer&Steidl, a renowned recruitment consultancy with a focus on legal, compliance, tax and finance recruitment. The previous website was primarily used to present the company, while the new website now functions as a portal for job advertisements and an applicant database.
With a team of experienced lawyers and compliance consultants who have many years of experience at renowned commercial law firms and well-known companies, Schollmeyer&Steidl offers customized recruitment services. They specialize in the areas of Legal, Compliance, Tax & Finance and offer both permanent and interim solutions.
Apart from revising the design and the technical implementation, a particular challenge was to implement an interface to the StaffExpert industry software. In addition, the new website had to be more than just a company presentation: it had to offer potential applicants and companies an effective way to find each other. Westwerk took on the consulting, conception, web design and UI/UX design. We also realized the development of the website using Typescript, Vue.js and Strapi. A central element was the implementation of the interface to StaffExpert to ensure seamless integration of the job advertisements and the applicant database. After the relaunch, Schollmeyer&Steidl saw a significant increase in conversions, applicant registration in their database, applicant interest in specific jobs and engagement from companies looking to fill their vacancies or interested in specific applicants.
Schollmeyer&Steidl is now more present on the Internet and receives more inquiries than before.
