Service teams manage their inbound calls with webmeeting. End customers can book consultation appointments independently. Service team employees can easily manage all calls. Meetings can be started directly from webmeeting or transferred to separate video terminals. Webmeeting runs as a standalone web application and is connected via API to the all-IP telephony and unified communication solution from netconnex. In addition to the conception, realization and maintenance of the web-based software solution, we are also responsible for the conception of the product brand. We developed a common umbrella brand for the products webmeeting, webconsult and webevent and realized the product landing pages and advertising material. We implemented the web app with Vue.js and PrimeVue in the frontend and Nest.js in the backend.
